Low Enforcer application

Hello, my name is Wessel Kuipers.
I would like to apply to be a Low Enforcer.
I do not have any experience as an Enforcer but I am moderator on several forums. And it has to start somewhere.
My reasons are: Because I'm sure I will be a good Enforcer, I will help people around when they need help on something, I never break any rules (Unless I'm angry but then I'll just log off..), because I'm quite familiar with this game and I'll kick the butts of those pesky rulebreakers!
